About BrainiaXOperators, not lecturers

We exist for the part where most startups die.

BrainiaX was built by operators who watched too many brilliant industrial and deep-tech startups stall at the same place — the gap between a polished demo and a paying customer. So we built a program that closes that gap by working alongside founders, not lecturing at them.

Born inside the Georgia Tech ecosystem.

We work where the hardest problems are built — IIoT, industrial, deep tech — and where founders are almost always engineers first and sellers last.

Why we started

90% of startups fail — and almost never because of the product. They run out of runway before figuring out who pays, how to reach them, and how to repeat it. That problem deserved its own program.

Who we serve

B2B IIoT, deep tech, and industrial startups with a working MVP who need their first real customers — and a repeatable motion to keep landing them.

How we work

A 4-month working sprint. Only 5 startups per semester. We do the go-to-market work with you — strategy, messaging, outbound, discovery — and leave you with a sales engine you own.

What we believe.

Outcomes over slides

We measure ourselves in paying customers, not workshop hours.

In the trenches

We're on the calls, in the inbox, building the pipeline with you.

Built for industrial

We know long sales cycles, technical buyers, and pilot-to-deployment math.

AI-leveraged, human-led

AI helps us run faster and leaner — but humans own the relationships.

Daniel A. Foxworth

Founder · BrainiaX

Daniel built BrainiaX after years of watching strong technical founders trade equity for the same dollars, round after round, because no one showed them how to sell. The program is the playbook he wished existed — operators doing the go-to-market work with founders until customers are real and the motion is repeatable.
